Here’s a beautiful self-framed tin sign depicting the first mayor of Albany, New York, Peter Schuyler.   He must have been so popular the G.W. Van Slyke & Horton Cigar Manufacturing Company in Albany made a cigar and named it after the cities former mayor.   This sign is spectacular in color and clarity.

Here’s an early lithographic print from the Old Forester Brand of Whisky, stating “Guarding A Good Thing in Arizona”.  This print is circa 1910, and from the pre-prohibition era.  The Brown and Forman Company was a Louisville, KY based whiskey distiller.

This is a very colorful tin general store counter coffee bin from the Ridenour Bakery Company in Kansas City, Missouri.  This bin held 50 pounds of bulk coffee, and was designed to allow consumers to simply scoop out the amount of coffee they needed each time.   The Arabia’s Chief brand always featured an Arabic man…

Featured is an outstanding reverse-on-glass style advertising sign from the American Brewing Company, this one in Baltimore, Maryland.   The glass is beautifully centered inside a wood gesso style frame.   This pre-prohibition era sign is from about 1900.
