This is a great embossed stoneware coffee pot advertising the Faust coffee brand from C. F. Blanke Coffee and Spice Co. in St. Louis, MO. Cicra 1900. The C. F. Blanke Company was based in St. Louis, MO and eventually they had locations in Kansas City, MO, Dallas, TX, Chicago, IL, New York, NY, and Minneapolis, MN. This style of Faust coffee pot can be found with a orange-red glaze tone, a dark brown tone, and in an Asian theme black coffee pot used during the 1904 World’s Fair Japanese country display. The orange-red and dark brown pots resemble the coffee pot design shown here but only have the different colors of the glaze.
